Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient samples and provide accurate results.
  • Operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microscopes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely test results.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science or related field.
  • Registration by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent certification.
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in an automated clinical laboratory setting.
