Job Overview

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a leading medical device company to fill Medical Assembler II positions at their Aliso Viejo location. This opportunity offers room for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble medical devices according to manufacturing instructions
  • Record production data on build records
  • Communicate with supervisors and engineers regarding material, process, and procedural issues
  • Collaborate with engineers and supervisors on special assembly requests
  • Adhere to quality, compliance, and company policies
  • Develop knowledge and skills to perform in multiple manufacturing procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Be willing to work overtime as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform small part assembly using microscopes, vision systems, and automated equipment
  • Effective communication skills (read, write, and speak English) with peers, engineers, supervisors, and managers
  • Basic math skills
  • Knowledge of measuring techniques, including scales, rulers, and US and metric measurements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical device assembly
  • Ability to work with chemicals
  • Proficiency in using a microscope
