About the Role

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Supervising a team of front desk agents, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Resolving guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations data
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
