The FISA Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Finance Division, collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals. This position supports the finance management team in various areas, including financial reporting, analysis, productivity metrics, long-term financial planning, and budgeting processes. The analyst provides guidance and technical support to management in executing strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

FISA Analyst

1. Deliver analytical and decision-making support, utilizing financial and data analysis skills to assist in various projects as directed by management.

2. Ensure effective reporting structures are maintained across all financial systems, including account and department mappings.

3. Aid in the precise compilation of cost accounting data, encompassing RVU definitions, cost allocation methodologies, and charge master research.

4. Maintain comprehensive system-wide statistics and foster collaboration with operations to keep standards updated and automated.

5. Guarantee monthly reconciliation of costs and revenues with the general ledger and productivity systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

6. Support system-wide strategies and operational planning initiatives.

7. Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as needed, including ad-hoc reports, feasibility studies, and trend analyses.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related field is required.
