Our client is in search of a M365 Migration Program Lead to enhance their team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager to support our innovative team at Experis. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at integrating AI and LLM technologies into the migration processes of Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities:
You will leverage your expertise in IT administration to analyze reports, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal experts and product owners to refine these migration experiences. Your leadership will guide a diverse team of content creators, designers, and developers in delivering these enhancements, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to processes. You will also be responsible for sharing insights and performance metrics on these experiences on a monthly basis.

About the Team:
Our mission is to create self-service, in-product experiences that minimize deployment challenges for customers, thereby accelerating their realization of value and reducing onboarding support costs. The user experiences and automation tools we develop include advanced deployment guides, chatbots, and various automation assets. This team is dedicated to innovation, efficiency, and customer-focused solutions, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to experiences utilized by over 100,000 IT administrators annually, while engaging with cutting-edge technologies in AI and Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing content, design, and software development policies and practices.
  • Regularly updating features, user stories, and tasks in Azure DevOps.
  • Leading Agile ceremonies and providing insights into QA dependencies.
  • Creating presentations to communicate project updates.
  • Requesting and interpreting Power BI reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to evaluate user experience and software design.
  • Experience in enhancing process efficiencies through automation and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple migrations or upgrades of enterprise-level applications across various business units.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant degree or certifications in Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent experience.

Key Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the IT admin's journey with Microsoft 365, from product purchase to deployment and user adoption.
  • Ability to apply insights from past migrations to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges.
  • Knowledge of migration scheduling policies and best practices.
  • Effective communication of timelines and project status.
  • Coordination of efforts among writers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to meet project commitments.
  • High adaptability to changing priorities and demands in a customer support environment.
