About the Role:

The Salon Manager is a key leadership position at Great Clips, responsible for driving business growth and excellence in salon operations. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our team and contribute to the success of our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of stylists and support staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Manage salon inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the salon owner and other managers to achieve business objectives and improve salon performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a salon management or leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
