Job Title: Electronics Technician

At Mammoth Energy Services, we are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team. As an Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operations of communication instrumentation for fracturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on communication instrumentation and equipment.
  • Read and understand electrical drawings and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Build, repair, and maintain instrumentation and communication cables utilized on the fracturing equipment.
  • Perform basic soldering and wiring termination techniques.
  • Complete basic preventive maintenance and visual inspections using authorized procedures, standardized forms, and reporting media.
  • Travel to job locations and perform emergency repairs on electronics and instrumentation.
  • Install and configure electronic equipment, instrumentation, and software.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Ohm's law.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of electronic test equipment and tools.
  • Ability to read equipment prints and schematics to perform competent troubleshooting.
  • 1-3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of instrumentation, such as flowmeters, transducers, densitometers, and controllers.
Work Environment:

Frequent exposure to outdoor elements, including wet, humid conditions, and extreme heat or cold.
