PRIMARY PURPOSE

The Asset Protection Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring a secure shopping environment for customers, a safe workplace for employees, and the safeguarding of company resources to support the ongoing success of our retail locations.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting investigations into the loss of assets, including merchandise, cash, and property
  • Implementing strategies to prevent loss and shrinkage through surveillance, monitoring, and other loss prevention techniques
  • Maintaining safety and security within designated retail locations
  • Overseeing and executing shrink reduction initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in retail operations, customer service, or loss prevention/asset protection
  • Proficient in writing comprehensive reports and upholding the confidentiality of all investigation-related information
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
