About the Role:
The Route Sales Representative is a key position at Frito-Lay, responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our extensive product line to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and Merchandise Products: Safely transport and deliver Frito-Lay products to stores, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Sell and Promote Products: Build relationships with store managers and employees to increase sales and promote Frito-Lay products.
- Manage Inventory and Orders: Accurately receive and process orders, manage inventory levels, and maintain records throughout the day.
- Operate Company Vehicle: Safely operate a Frito-Lay truck, adhering to company policies and regulations.
