Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Forensic Psychology Supervisor within our esteemed organization. This position plays a crucial role in the collaborative treatment of individuals adjudicated Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity, working as part of a multidisciplinary Treatment Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and evaluations to support patient progress through a structured privileging process.
  • Provide individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Offer clinical and administrative oversight to a team of NGRI Psychologists, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Assist the NGRI Forensic Coordinator by reviewing essential reports and providing expert court testimony for revocation cases.
  • Facilitate group supervision sessions for psychology providers working with NGRI patients, fostering a collaborative environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Doctoral Degree in Psychology.
  • Active Clinical Psychologist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Completion of forensic training through the ILPPP.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
