Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Reprographics Print Operator to join our team. As a Reprographics Print Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining all site activities, ensuring customer satisfaction in all areas of responsibility, including Mail Services, Copy, Print and Scan, Shipping, Receiving, Hospitality, and Managed Print Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all site activities, ensuring customer satisfaction in all areas of responsibility.
- Take direction from Team Lead and complete tasks as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with Team Lead and report any issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients verbally and via email when discussing work product.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction, use of proper work instructions, adherence to Scope of Services, cross-training.
- Ability to multi-task and complete multiple projects at one time.
- Lift heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed.
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Ensure quality maintenance of all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail.
- Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as needed.
- Operate mailing, copy, or print equipment.
- Facilitate shipping and receiving needs of the client.
- Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages.
- Complete setups and breakdown of conference rooms.
- Make coffee, tea when needed.
- Keep kitchens, coffee bars, and refrigerators stocked and clean.
- Process city courier deliveries when needed.
- Process letters and packages using web-based courier services.
- Perform other tasks as necessary or assigned.
- Communicate effectively person to person and via email.
- Be on time.
- Ensure requests are completed in a timely manner.
- Paying attention to detail.
