Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Onsite Service Specialist to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and technologies.
  • Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
