Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging, targeted content to key audience segments at every stage of the buyer journey, from awareness to action to advocacy.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies, including e-books, social media, blogs, client stories, infographics, emails, and website copy.
  • Transform complex, deep topics into compelling stories and scroll-stopping copy.
  • Drive campaign success by strategizing content for targeted campaigns and helping us hit marketing goals with your expert copy.
  • Optimize content based on trending SEO keywords, timely world events, and industry trends.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with design and external agencies to format compelling content and ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with research teams to review research outputs, retrofit trending pieces for public-facing content, and plan content aligned with client priorities.
  • Operationalize content in HubSpot & WordPress, including drafting and managing forms, MQL conversion workflows, email blasts, social media content, and landing pages.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-funnel, multi-channel content creation and copywriting.
  • Content strategy expertise, with a knack for creating content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for detail, ensuring every piece of content is polished, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging and guidelines.
  • Goal-oriented, thriving on setting and achieving ambitious targets, and delivering content that drives results.
  • Self-starter, comfortable managing your own workload with many moving pieces, and staying on top of deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills, exceling in a team environment, and working effectively with leadership, research, sales, design, and marketing teams.
  • Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn) and systems like HubSpot, WordPress (or similar systems).
Desired Qualifications
  • Design skills, with a strong sense of creative design and ability to contribute to visual content.
  • SEO exposure, with proven experience in SEO best practices.
  • Science or tech enthusiast, with a background or demonstrated interest in science, environmental studies, or technology.
