Position Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring that all processes adhere to safety and regulatory standards while maintaining high production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage operations staff according to established safety and operational protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste processing.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for team members.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational efficiency to meet production standards.
  • Uphold strict hygiene and housekeeping practices within the facility.
  • Document production metrics, quality control measures, and equipment maintenance logs.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding operational challenges and facility needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of safety and environmental initiatives.
  • Support maintenance activities as required.
  • Engage with clients during facility tours as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • At least 6 years of mechanical experience, particularly with heavy construction equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in welding, metal fabrication, or diesel mechanics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in using computers for documentation and communication.
