Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to meet the needs of residents.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of resident and staff information.
  • Report any changes in resident conditions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in the dining area during meal times, including setup and serving.
  • Support residents in participating in scheduled activities.
  • Ensure residents are prepared and transported to appointments.
  • Recognize and report any significant changes in resident health.
  • Accurately measure and record vital signs and weights.
  • Assist with physical care needs, including lifting as required.
  • Stay updated on First Aid and CPR protocols as instructed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Experience with the elderly is advantageous, but we are open to training candidates.
  • Participation in mandatory training sessions and meetings is required.
  • Maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.
