Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to meet the needs of residents.
- Maintain the confidentiality of resident and staff information.
- Report any changes in resident conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the dining area during meal times, including setup and serving.
- Support residents in participating in scheduled activities.
- Ensure residents are prepared and transported to appointments.
- Recognize and report any significant changes in resident health.
- Accurately measure and record vital signs and weights.
- Assist with physical care needs, including lifting as required.
- Stay updated on First Aid and CPR protocols as instructed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Experience with the elderly is advantageous, but we are open to training candidates.
- Participation in mandatory training sessions and meetings is required.
- Maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.
