In Technology Group Inc (US) is seeking a skilled Senior Hardware Development Engineer to lead the design and development of product hardware.

Position Overview:

This role will focus on hardware development, specifically in designing and managing products involving microcontrollers and RTOS, along with ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Hardware Design & Development:

Lead the design and development of product hardware, focusing on microcontrollers and real-time operating systems (RTOS).

  • PCB Fabrication & Testing:

Manage PCB fabrication processes, from design and assembly to testing, ensuring quality and performance at each stage.

Develop and implement comprehensive test procedures, including unit and application testing, and generate detailed reports.

  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Integration:

Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure hardware and software integration leads to a seamless, user-friendly product experience.

Partner with Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design teams to ensure effective hardware component integration into the product.

  • Vendor & Factory Relations:

Act as the primary technical interface with vendors and factories to optimize production processes and resolve technical issues quickly.

  • Project Management & Documentation:

Maintain up-to-date project documentation throughout the development cycle, ensuring technical aspects of project folders are organized.

Take ownership of the technical aspects of the Marketing Requirements Document (MRD) and define product specifications and acceptance test procedures (ATP).

  • Cross-Department Collaboration:

Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to define and refine user interface requirements.
