Job Description

Clearpoint seeks an experienced Environmental Systems Manager to support the Facilities Engineering Team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of related design and construction experience, with a strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and coordinate closed vent modifications to ensure proposed facilities meet company and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop strategies for addressing reoccurring leaks and evaluating new technologies with technical personnel.
  • Manage change approvals and develop project documentation, including cost estimates, execution plans, and AFE documents.
  • Coordinate pre-start-up safety reviews and conduct walk-downs to identify process changes and improvements.
  • Assist operations personnel with troubleshooting and proper operation of facilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
  • Proficiency in MS TEAMS, Excel, Word, Outlook, and modeling software such as Aspen Hysys, ProMax, and PipeSim.
  • Experience with related industry codes and standards applicable to upstream Oil & Gas operations in TX & NM desired.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

The successful candidate will be able to travel to field locations in Texas and New Mexico on a regular basis. Strong communication skills are required to coordinate with a cross-functional team to evaluate and execute projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
