Key Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff members to promote professional growth and development.
Requirements
- One year of RN experience or one year of LPN experience in acute care.
- Diploma or Associate Nursing Registered Nurse (KY) degree.
