Job Overview

A new permanent opportunity is available for a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in Southeast Alaska.

Estimated Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • To perform various laboratory tests and procedures to analyze bodily fluids and tissues.
  • To interpret test results and provide accurate diagnoses.
Requirements
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
  2. Progressively responsible work-related experience, education, or training may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for college education.
  3. A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  4. Medical Technologist (ASCP) OR Clinical Laboratory Scientist (AMT) OR equivalent certification is mandatory.
  5. At least 1 year of progressive clinical experience is preferred.
