About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team in Alaska.

Job Summary

This is a day shift opportunity with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus a $25,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation incentive.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field and hold certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP) or equivalent, with one year of progressive clinical experience or hospital internship subsequent to degree. Full benefits are offered.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results to diagnose diseases and determine treatments.
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate test results.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laboratory techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP) or equivalent.
  • One year of progressive clinical experience or hospital internship subsequent to degree.
