Key Responsibilities:

The successful Cellular Systems Engineer will be responsible for bringing up new hardware, signing off on cellular power, and working on power optimizations. This role requires a solid foundation in cellular protocols and wireless system architecture.

Estimated Salary:

$168,200 per year

Job Requirements:

This role requires a thorough understanding of one or more cellular protocols (5G, LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, etc.). You must also have excellent debugging skills in software and hardware, as well as mastery of at least one programming or scripting language.

  • Bring up new hardware and sign off on cellular power
  • Work on power optimizations of cellular technology
  • Build energy models for cellular usage in the field
  • Analyze large data sets to identify power improvement opportunities
Education and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Strong understanding of cellular protocols and wireless system architecture
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.)
