Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wireless Network Surveyor to join our team at Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited. As a UK-based Field Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys, measuring signal strength, and ensuring data accuracy.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional or someone looking to break into the field of wireless network technology. You will work independently within your assigned region, ensuring timely and accurate surveys. The role involves walking 5-6 hours daily and surveying 3-4 sites per day.

Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site Wi-Fi and wireless signal surveys using company-provided tools.
  • Measure and analyze signal strengths, RSSI, and other coverage metrics.
  • Record and upload survey data to the cloud for analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members for quality assurance and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of RF, Wi-Fi, or 5G theory.
  • Willingness to walk for extended periods (5-6 hours daily).
  • Valid UK driving license.
