Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare suites/rooms for guests, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Operate housekeeping equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain and restock housekeeping carts daily.
  • Administer key controls for keys issued or left by guests in rooms.
  • Bring lost and found items to the housekeeping office for logging and storage.
  • Report maintenance concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Wear personal protective equipment when cleaning rooms, soiled linens, and bathrooms.
  • Practice established safety standards at all times.
  • Participate as a team member with other employees to produce a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of customer service.
  • Adhere to the strict confidentiality of all information.
  • Respect and protect the confidential and privileged information of Buffalo Run Casino & Resort beyond the terms of employment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the general public.
  • General knowledge of company specified computer operating software.
Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License.
Work Environment

The work environment for this position involves prolonged walking, stooping, or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds daily. Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and/or temperature.
