Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Wingate Inn Bismarck, ND. Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to meet established standards of cleanliness and propriety.
  • Restock linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and floor buffers, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
