Job Summary:
The Quality Program Specialist is a key member of the TeleSpecialists LLC team, responsible for driving quality performance and promoting continuous improvement in our Tele-Neurology services. This role requires strong business acumen, interpersonal effectiveness, and conflict resolution skills to develop excellent client relationships and optimize customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for quality improvement and establish feedback mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain metrics to monitor system effectiveness and enable customers to make informed service quality decisions.
- Perform root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO, DNV, and The Joint Commission Standards.
- Support education and training for client hospitals to enhance continuous improvements of patient-focused processes.
- Establish and implement procedures for process control, process improvement, and quality review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (BSN) in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in stroke care or a related field, with a strong background in quality improvement and patient care.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
