Therapy Office Coordinator

We are seeking a part-time Therapy Receptionist/Rehab & Facility Tech to join our team at our Crystal River location. This dynamic and growing therapist-owned company provides outpatient Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapy.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient communication and support, both over the phone and in-person.
- Collect and enter copays, perform data entry tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the waiting and reception area remain tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Clean and maintain therapy rooms after each treatment.
- Maintain and stock therapy supplies, including linens and other items as needed.
- Support all administrative positions as needed and be willing to learn and adapt.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds as needed to assist with patient care and deliveries.
- Ability to assemble furniture and climb ladders as needed.
The typical schedule for this position will be noon - 6:00pm (or last patient) Monday through Thursday and noon-5:00pm (or last patient) on Friday. Hours during holidays or emergency closures may vary to accommodate patient schedules.
Requirements:- Must be available to cover as needed, have reliable transportation, and be willing to commute or adjust schedules at a moment's notice.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and provide support to all administrative positions as needed.
