Achievement Rehabilitation Through Therapeutic Intervention, Inc is a dynamic and growing therapist-owned company that provides outpatient Speech, Occupational and Physical therapy. We are seeking a part-time Receptionist/Rehab & Facility Tech to join our team in our Crystal River location.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient communication and support, both over the phone and in-person.
- Collect and enter copays, process data entry tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with scheduling, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Ensure the waiting and reception area remain tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Clean and maintain therapy rooms after each treatment, and restock supplies as needed.
- Support administrative tasks and provide assistance to other team members as needed.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and perform other physical tasks as required.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute or adjust schedules as needed.
