Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staffing and technology resources to optimize security operations.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in security management.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in structured security risk assessment methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of security staffing models and post/patrol strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations and their security needs.
  • Awareness of current and emerging physical security trends and countermeasures.
  • Ability to establish and monitor key performance indicators for security systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Proficient in quickly learning new systems and applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations regarding security operations.

Job Shift: Day/Evening/Night

Schedule: Full Time
