Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator

Sentinel is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Microsoft Windows and Linux servers, as well as providing support for application issues and aiding application support personnel.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support Microsoft Windows and Linux servers
  • Provide support for application issues
  • Aid application support personnel
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4 years of server-related experience with different hardware platforms and operating systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems
  • 2-4 years of experience implementing, maintaining, and monitoring servers such as Windows, Unix, Linux, and/or VMware
  • 2 years' experience required in IIS and Web Services
  • 2 years' experience required in Active Directory Services
  • 2 years' experience required in virtualization
  • Minimum 2 years' experience administering Microsoft Exchange
  • Strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems
  • MCSE or MCP certification preferred
