Job Summary

As an Assembly Operator at Infinera, you will be responsible for the production assembly of integrated optical parts. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and operate automated assembly equipment
  • Perform assembly and DFAB processes to ensure production quality standards
  • Inspect and troubleshoot tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with the production team and engineering group to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Perform computer data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Experience in manual and automated die-attach and Au wire bonder is a plus
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and handle delicate microelectronic parts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions

This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, as well as repetitive motion and multitasking. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle small and delicate parts is essential.
