Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Counter Salesperson to join our team. This role is essential in providing a welcoming first impression to our customers and assisting them in making informed tire purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guide customers in selecting the appropriate tires for their needs.
2. Promote and sell tire products and associated services.
3. Offer expert advice on available services.
4. Assist in managing inventory effectively.
5. Prepare and finalize customer invoices.
6. Maintain an organized and appealing showroom environment.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive service or sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- Ability to assess and address customer tire and service needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
