Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing the DWI programs in New Mexico, ensuring compliance with state statutes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract and grant administration, program management, and public speaking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve grant budgets
  • Prepare contracts and grant agreements
  • Provide technical assistance to local government officials
  • Participate in State DWI Grant Council Meetings
  • Conduct site visits to provide on-site or virtual technical assistance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • Two years of experience in contract and grant administration, program management, and public speaking
  • Knowledge of state statutes and regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Working Conditions

This position is performed in an office setting with extensive computer and phone usage. Some statewide travel may be required. The incumbent will work under stress and frequent time constraints.
