Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and referral sources through effective communication, problem-solving, and efficient processes.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with back-office teams to facilitate timely processing of orders and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Partner with sales teams to obtain complete and accurate documentation based on payor and regulatory requirements.
  • Support walk-in customers and provide assistance with coordination of patient services.
  • Conduct downloads of recording devices and perform other non-licensed activities as defined by policy.
  • Handle requests for audit and documentation purposes, and collect payment and billing information as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the branch operations team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; at least two years of related experience in an office environment preferred.
  • Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds and perform other physical demands of the role.
