We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all technology operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage IT Operations :

Deploy, monitor, maintain, and upgrade all enterprise systems, application software, database management, networking hardware and software, servers, and desktop PC systems.

Team Management :

Manage all aspects of IT staffing, from recruitment and supervision to scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.

Information Security Management System (ISMS):

Implement and maintain ISO 27001 standards and manage the ISMS to ensure compliance and enhance organizational security posture.

IT Strategy :

Evaluate the company's IT needs, establish IT Strategy, refresh cycles, and procure the necessary hardware and software.

End-User Services :

Oversee the delivery of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.

Stay Updated :

Keep abreast of the latest technologies to ensure the company is leveraging the most effective tools and practices.

Contract Negotiation :

Negotiate and administer contracts and service agreements with vendors, outsourcers, and consultants.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.

Minimum 5 years related work experience.

Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.

Experience with ISMS and ITIL Principles.

Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases, datacenter technologies, and disaster recovery strategies.

In-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation:

Salary Range:

$105,000 to $140,000 plus Bonus.

Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
