A Better Way ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Behavioral Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in observing patients, assessing their behavior, and developing individualized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' behavior and develop targeted intervention plans
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and doctors to discuss patient progress and recommend strategies for improvement
  • Create simulated environments to observe client behavior and inform treatment decisions
  • Administer evidence-based interventions and tailor approaches as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with research on best practices and adapt treatments accordingly
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a BCBA or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a BCBA
Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
