Role Summary: The Collections Representatives/Specialists play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of the Service operations by ensuring the precision and promptness of case/work order closures, invoicing, and appropriate cost allocation to customer contracts.

This position focuses on collections from insurance providers rather than individual consumers.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B collections (B2C experience is generally not applicable)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree is advantageous
  • At least 1 year of experience in reimbursement services, insurance/medical billing, collections, or Accounts Receivable in a medical billing context is preferred
  • Experience in revenue cycle management with insurance entities is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility CMS1500 professional billing is a plus
  • A customer-centric approach is essential for success in this role
