Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our guests. You'll work closely with our Executive Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that every meal is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our guests, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that every meal is prepared to our high standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and preferences.
- 2-4 years of experience in a related or supportive role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with minimal supervision.
- Experience with cooking techniques, including garde manger, sauté station, fry station, and grill station.
- Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision to complete assigned tasks.
- Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
