Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Safety Plans: Create and execute comprehensive safety plans for projects, ensuring compliance with client and company standards.
- Conduct Hazard Assessments and Inspections: Identify and mitigate potential hazards, conducting regular workplace inspections and investigations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide Training and Support: Deliver training programs and provide guidance to employees on safety procedures, protocols, and best practices.
- Compile Performance Metrics and Reporting: Analyze and report on safety performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, employees, and management to address safety-related concerns and implement solutions.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, setting the tone for a culture of safety and respect within the organization.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience: In a full-time HS&E practitioner or Journeyman Lineman role, with a strong understanding of safety management and audit tools.
- Advanced Certifications: In safety, such as CSP or other Board of Certified Safety Professional (BCSP) certifications.
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead by example, build consensus, actively listen, and engage/influence employees at all levels.
- Valid Driver's License: And a willingness to provide an acceptable driver abstract.
