Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Powder Coat Paint department at our headquarters in Kansas City. As a Utility Worker, you will be responsible for loading and unloading parts on the conveyor, preparing parts for coating, protecting parts, and operating various tools and supplies. You will also perform routine cleaning and maintenance on the coating system and safely operate a forklift. Attention to detail is crucial as you will need to ensure parts are correctly placed and identify any quality issues. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required. Previous experience in paint line/powder coating is a plus. A High School Diploma or equivalent is also advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading parts on the conveyor
  • Preparing parts for coating
  • Protecting parts
  • Operating various tools and supplies
  • Routine cleaning and maintenance of the coating system
  • Safely operating a forklift
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
