About the Role

We are in search of a highly proficient Technical Product Owner who will act as the essential bridge between business objectives and technical/development teams at LoadSpring. Your main duty will be to ensure that the product backlog is in alignment with LoadSpring's strategic objectives while remaining achievable for the development team. You will take ownership of the product backlog, prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility, and work closely with the development team to deliver superior software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including technical operations, technical support, sales, and customer service, alongside the Product Manager, to ensure that the product backlog is prioritized and reflects current business needs.
  • Create essential user stories and decompose them into actionable tasks suitable for sprint cycles for the development team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master to gather and develop estimated resource efforts required to fulfill development tasks.
  • Monitor overall progress against the established product roadmap and facilitate work interactions as necessary.
  • Consistently communicate product requirements and progress updates to key internal and relevant external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, in partnership with the Product Manager, to ensure that product delivery aligns with and fulfills client needs.
Qualifications

To excel as a Technical Product Owner, you will need:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in a technical product owner capacity.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is preferred.
  • Experience in a SaaS product development environment.
  • A strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps is essential.
  • A deep understanding of Oracle and Microsoft technology domains.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to deconstruct complex issues into manageable tasks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
