Job Title: Managing Director, IP Finance & Operations

Location: Hybrid-Washington, DC

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director, IP Finance & Operations to lead our financial strategy and operational management for the International Programs (IP) division. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to ensure optimal financial and operational performance across all IP departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve IP's goals and objectives.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee the operational management of IP's financial and administrative functions.
  3. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide financial reporting and analysis to support IP's decision-making.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial and operational professionals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost control, operations, data analytics, and finance/grant management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
