About Us:

MyKelly is a family-owned enterprise seeking a skilled professional to enhance our accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manual payroll processing and payroll tax compliance across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing and facilitate employee onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain accurate timekeeping
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings
  • Oversee accounts payable processes
  • Conduct journal entries and maintain the general ledger
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliations
  • Conduct revenue reconciliations
  • Generate financial reports and interpret reporting data
  • Assist with year-end preparations, including W2 and 1099 submissions
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and adaptability
  • Work independently following initial training
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Provide training to onsite managers regarding rent collection
  • Experience with Sage Software is preferred.
