Job Overview

The IT Assistant role at Imedview, Inc. offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure. As an IT Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing IT packages for employees
  • Providing support to staff members by addressing daily IT concerns
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
  • Submitting purchase requests for new equipment
  • Assisting Corporate Trainer with updating SOP's and training manuals
  • Creating monthly IT newsletter
  • Intaking returned equipment and testing for functionality
  • Assisting with software issues and attending necessary meetings with vendors
  • Staying up-to-date with new IT equipment that could benefit the company

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Word, Adobe, Excel, and One Drive
  • BASIC knowledge of computers and software with the confidence to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • High School Diploma or higher
  • IT/Software certification preferred (ITF, A+, Network+, Security+)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility to work from home. However, in-person visits to our Saugerties, NY office will be required to perform certain job duties.
