Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a COVID-19 Field Medical Staff. As a RN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute care facilities, providing expert nursing care to patients and contributing to the development of care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients in post-acute care facilities
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents and medical staff
  • Monitor and track care options and outcomes with other medical staff
  • Properly set up and monitor medical equipment
  • Ensure residents receive appropriate treatments and medications
  • Draw bodily fluids for lab evaluation
  • Review best care options with residents and family members
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident histories and interventions
  • Provide training and supervision to nurses and support staff
  • Assist with incident investigations

Requirements:

  • Diploma from an approved nursing program
  • Current RN licensure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
