Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. Your role is essential in creating memorable experiences in the stunning surroundings of Mammoth Lakes, California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register guests, assigning rooms with care and attention.
  • Coordinate with Lodge Staff, including Housekeeping and Maintenance, to fulfill guest requests promptly.
  • Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, while serving as the Lodge's telephone operator.
  • Provide information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions, ensuring guests have all they need for a pleasant stay.
  • Process guest check-outs efficiently, handling billing and payments with accuracy.
Additional Information:
This position encompasses responsibilities across two of our esteemed hotel properties. If you have a preference for a specific location, please indicate this in your application.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of high school education with relevant business office training or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient computer skills and a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or guest relations.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting information effectively in various settings.
  • Ability to follow instructions and solve problems using common sense and analytical thinking.
  • Competence in handling multiple variables in standardized situations.
Compensation:
The hourly pay rate for this position is $21.00.
