About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Medical Education Instructor to join our team at our new Houston location. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality educational content, assessing student knowledge, and creating comprehensive strategies to enhance interactive learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver Step 2 lectures, with backup responsibilities for Step 1 as needed
  • Prepare, update, and enhance course materials, ensuring they align with industry standards
  • Deliver engaging course lectures, incorporating diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
  • Advise and monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted plans to address them
  • Supervise tutoring staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional student outcomes
  • Respond promptly to questions and issues related to tutors and tutoring, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess extensive clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, compassion, and empathy. You should be passionate about medical education, an advocate for students, and enjoy interacting with them. A strong track record of teaching, supervising, and evaluating medical students is essential.

What We Offer

This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive salary range estimated to be between $90,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
