Candela Corporation, a leading global aesthetic device company, is seeking an Aesthetic Training Expert to join our North America sales and marketing team.

As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for training both external clients and internal team members in the use of Candela devices. This role requires exceptional communication skills, excellent proficiency in writing and delivering education/training programs, and a commitment to professionalism and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with laser, IPL or energy-based devices, as well as previous clinical training experience. Fluency in Spanish and English is also required.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite training and support to clients and internal team members
  • Develop and administer training programs
  • Support the medical and aesthetic industry through best practice techniques and functionalities of all Candela devices
  • Perform necessary Salesforce documentation
  • Issue training certificates

Additional Requirements:

  • 50-80% Travel within the Dallas/Houston/Austin area
  • Maintain expense reports through Concur
  • Represent Candela at conferences, trade shows, seminars, and workshops
