About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at BrightStar Care of Indianapolis. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments
  • Assist with active and passive mobility work, as defined by the plan of care
  • Document observed changes to the Director of Nursing
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience as a Home Health Aide
  • Current, valid state certification and in good standing
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile
