Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Experience Design Lead to join our Global Experience Design team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our global footprint. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions that meet our business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to drive innovation and push the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Lead design reviews and ensure design requirements are met.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and drive design solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in user-centered experience design, with a focus on commerce.
  • Experience working with UX researchers and acting on research analysis in design work.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates creative design thinking with an understanding of Human-Centered Design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for learning new and emerging design trends.
