User Experience Designer Job Description

Aquent Talent is seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our team. As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and intuitive web applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user-centered solutions for web applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze data to inform design decisions
  • Present design work to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in UX design for web applications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and usability best practices
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
